PEEK offers various evaluation tools to address a variety of concerns in learning and behavior. Consultation is available free upon request. Families are provided written comprehensive reports within one week of completed evaluation. Interpretation of results to parents and schools are available as requested.

    • Psycho-Educational Evaluation
      • Assessment of learning processes in reading, math and writing. Cognitive processes, memory ability, intellectual and behavior assessments included.
    • Gifted
      • Intelligence Quotient (I.Q.) assessment. May be used to determine consideration of gifted programs and enrichment activities.
    • Behavioral
      • Cognitive and behavioral assessment to determine the cause of behavior difficulties in home and at school. Teacher and parent participation required.
    • Early Childhood / Developmental Evaluation
      • Comprehensive evaluation typically includes intelligence quotient, adaptive/daily living skills, behavioral/social skills,  verbal and nonverbal communication skills, screening of motor skills, screening of academic/pre-academic skills, and play observation when appropriate.
      • Vocational Evaluations
        • For students with disabilities up to age 21
